Let me preface this by saying that I am NOT a doctor in any fashion or form and whatever information I am posting here is not intended to give any guarantees in treating any disease. I am simply sharing information that has come my way over time, which have proven (whether personally or from other testimonies I have heard) to be successful in helping to treat various conditions. This information will vary from simple nutrition, to natural juices and teas, to homeopathic herbal treatments and to over the counter natural supplements that you can either order online or via telephone or go to a health food store and purchase.  I look forward to your feedback on these!

Flu and Common colds

Home remedy: Chop 1 whole head of garlic in small bits, Add 6 Tablespoons of Honey, Add 6 Tablespoons of Molasses, Add, 6 Tablespoons of Lime or Lemon Juice, Add 1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper. Mix and let  it marinate for about 5 hours. Take 2 Tablespoons twice daily (morning and evening). Flu symptoms will start improving within 48 hours.


Cancer

Nutrition: Cancer fighting vegetables: Bok Choy, Asparagus, Beet, Carrot
               Cancer fighting fruits: Mangosteen, Pomegranate, Grapes, Berries,

Natural Green Juice Recipe 1 stalk Broccoli; 2 handfuls Spinach, 7 Asparagus, 2 Cucumbers, 1 bunch Parsley, 1 handful String Beans, 10 Bok Choy, 1 stalk Celery

Natural Red Juice Recipe 3 Carrots, 3 Beet, 4 Apples

Feed them through a juice extractor (not blender!) and consume immediately then store any left over in the refrigerator in a tightly closed glass bottle. DO NOT allow the juice to stand in open air as the air will kill the enzymes and the juice will lose its effect.

Natural Teas Essiac Tea

Home remedy: Boil 1 Dozen Asparagus for 2 - 3 mins then blend it and take 4 tablespoons twice per day (morning and evening). Store in a tightly closed glass bottle in the refrigerator.

Natural Supplements: Cesium Carbonate, Mangosteen Juice (to reduce cancerous tumours drink 1 32 fl oz bottle per day for 1 month and then 1/2 bottle per day for the next 2 months and see amazing results), Resveratrol Juice

Foods to avoid or reduce: Soy, Sugar, Carbohydrates (it also turns into sugar), meat (all meats except for Goat meat makes your body acidic), dairy products.

Do’s: Drink lots of oxygenated water, Exercise daily, Sleep for at least 8 hours per day so that the body can rejuvenate and heal itself, Pray and Meditate with your Creator to bring your mind and body back in harmony.



Diabetes

Nutrition: Diabetes fighting vegetables: String Beans, Spinach
               Diabetes fighting fruits: Grapefruit

Natural Teas Cinnamon

Home remedy: 1 Cup Raw Honey, 1 Cup Natural Apple Cider Vinegar, 8 Cloves Garlic. Blend on high for 1 minute. Marinate for 5 days. Take 2 tablespoons twice daily (morning and evening)

Natural Supplements: Magnesium, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon

Foods to avoid or reduce: Sugar, Carbohydrates (it also turns into sugar)


Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

Nutrition: Hypertension fighting vegetables: Tomatoes, Avocado
               Hypertension fighting fruits: Bananas, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Apricots, Orange 

Natural Teas Alfalfa (seeds), Marigold (flowers), Hawthorne (blossoms) 

Home remedy: 1 Cup Raw Honey, 1 Cup Natural Apple Cider Vinegar, 8 Cloves Garlic. Blend on high for 1 minute. Marinate for 5 days. Take 2 tablespoons twice daily (morning and evening); or simply 1 glass of water to 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar.

Natural Supplements: Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium
Foods to avoid or reduce: Sodium (salt), High cholesterol foods, Saturated fats


ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease)

Nutrition: ALS fighting vegetables: Spinach, Lettuce, Asparagus, Broccoli, Cabbage, Mushroms
                ALS fighting fruits: Bananas, Oranges, Peach

Natural Juice:  Wheatgrass juice, Green juices

Home remedy: Detox the entire body for heavy metals. Detox the liver, the kidneys and the colon

Natural Supplements: Spurilina, Sea Algae, Chlorella, Omega 3, Omega 6, Coral Calcium

Foods to avoid or reduce: Sugar, Carbohydrates (it also turns into sugar)

Do’s: Remove any Silver (Mercury) fillings from your mouth; change from using an Antiperspirant to using a deodorant.
